Samana Zip line Tour is an excellent excursion to do with friends, family and children. It’s an eco tourist attraction for all ages. The tour begins in the Safari trucks. We will pick you up from your destination and give you a fun and informative over view of the culture, history and background of the Samana area. After the Safari ride, We will take you to the top of a 400 ft jungle mountain. At the top of the jungle you will find a black pirate ship. Your journey down hill starts there. You will actually walk the plank of the ship, flying from one mountain to another.
The first zip is over 1,000 feet long. You will do 12 zips and 13 stations. There is over 7,400 ft of total zip line. We are the longest zip line in the Caribbean. At the final station you will walk down to our water fall. You can swim, jump off the rocks, get a hydro massage, take some amazing pictures or just sit and enjoy the scenery. After, enjoying the falls, we take a 10 minute nature hike back to the Safari trucks. We head down to the beach. This is an old fishing village still uninterrupted from development and commercialization. It is beautiful and relaxing. There are some typical restraints to buy tropical drinks. We make our last stop at the local Dominican home. The Dominican guides give you the back ground about growing local foods. You will get some free fruit, chocolate banana and a mamajuana shot.
